Every year, the first weekend of Caravaning Alicante becomes the epicenter of the authentic motorhome community. We invite you to enjoy a unique experience of camaraderie and fellowship at our large Motorhome Rally. More than just a parking lot, we set aside a special and exclusive area within the fairgrounds, designed for you to park together, encouraging social interaction and the creation of new bonds.

The Caravaning Alicante Rally is synonymous with community, fun, and exclusive benefits:

  • Special Community Parking: Park your vehicle alongside other enthusiasts, creating an unbeatable atmosphere.
  • Exclusive Access: Your registration includes free admission to the fairgrounds throughout the first weekend, identified by your wristband.
  • The Great Paella Party: Enjoy our iconic giant paella on Saturday, with drinks and desserts included. An essential part of the gathering!

As every year, organized by Feria Caravaning, the 33rd edition of the Caravaning and Leisure Fair is here at IFA Alicante.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SELF-SUFFICIENT

THERE IS NO WATER SUPPLY OR GREY WATER AND CHEMICAL DISPOSAL AVAILABLE.
Camping is not permitted and, consequently, awnings, canopies, or similar structures may not be installed.

LOCATION

Parking at the fairgrounds will be available in the IFA Auditorium area, which is open to motorhomes, caravans, and camper vans.

PROGRAM

Friday, February 6

  • From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.: Participant check-in, badge distribution, event information, and parking instructions.
  • After 9 p.m., a waiting area will be set up for badge distribution for the following day.
  • At 1 p.m.: Opening ceremony and tour of the Fair.

Saturday, February 7

  • 9:30 a.m.: Free morning to visit the Fair.
  • 2:00 p.m.: Giant paella for all registered participants. This will consist of 1 plate of paella, 1 drink, and 1 piece of fruit per person.

Sunday, February 8th

  • Free day to visit the fair.

Per SETUP - 2 people: 28 euros

  • Extra person aged 12 and over: 12 euros
  • Payment can only be made by bank transfer.
  • Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Registration will be effective once payment has been made to the following account number:

What's included?

  • 2 VIP passes for the Fair, allowing entry and exit throughout the weekend.
  • 2 plates of paella, 2 drinks, and 2 pieces of fruit.
  • Exclusive parking for 3 days.
  • Free admission for children under 12.
  • The toilets in Pavilion II may be used (during Fair hours).

Once the registration has been sent, the system will send confirmation of receipt of the form.

To confirm your reservation, you must make the transfer and send a copy of the receipt to infoferiacaravaningalicante@gmail.com, indicating the same name used for registration. Reservations will be confirmed by email in order of receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • ENTRY TO THE PREMISES WILL BE ON FRIDAY 6 FROM 9:30 AM.
  • ADVERTISING AND SELLING VEHICLES AND CARAVANING ITEMS BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE PARKING LOT, ESPECIALLY IN THE CAMPING AREA.
  • THIS CAMPING EVENT IS SUBJECT TO POSSIBLE CHANGES IN PRICE, LOCATION, AND PROGRAMMING.
  • ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE ENCLOSED AREA ARE SUBJECT TO THE OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS OF THE FAIR.
  • A WHATSAPP GROUP WILL BE SET UP FOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ATTENDEES, WHICH WILL BE DELETED ONCE THE EVENT IS OVER.
  • PARKING SPACE IS LIMITED, SO NO SPACES WILL BE RESERVED FOR ANYONE. SPACES WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
  • CARAVAN TOW VEHICLES WILL PARK IN THE DESIGNATED AREA.
  • THE ORGANIZATION WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE OF THE FACILITIES.
